Children's Minsitry

Proverbs 22:6-Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.”

We exist as a part of the body of Forest Hills Baptist Church to disciple children through God’s Word, equipping and partnering with parents to lead their children, training them to share Christ’s love throughout their entire lives for the glory of God.

All of our family events, service projects, and weekly meetings are based around the four core values of God's Word, discipleship, equipping families, and serving the community

Wednesday Night Activities

On Wednesday night there are many great activities in which your children can participate!

Children's Choir

Children's choir is from 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM and is led by Pastor Grant Stanley. They meet in the choir suite to learn about worship, music, and singing. The children's choir performs a few times a year during our morning worship service.

Royal Ambassadors (RAs)

RAs happens immediately following children's choir from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM on Wednesday night.  RAs is a time for boys to learn more about missions and missionaries. The boys throughout the year participate in several mission projects from packing food for the hungry, collecting coats for others, or building ramps for people in our community.

Girls in Action (GAs)

GAs is the girl version of RAs. These elementary girls meet from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM to learn about missions and participate in missions. Throughout the year the girls participate in a variety of mission minded endeavors.

Safety

We require all teachers working with children to go through and application process and background check. We want to take seriously the safety of every child you entrust to us with the best volunteers and teachers available.
